WELCOME Mod-U-Trak isn't your typical Model Railroad club. In fact, it's not a club at all. We don't have a set of by-laws. We don't collect dues. We don't elect officers. Rather, we get together as friends and just play with trains... except we do it with a passion and attention to detail that is a rarity in the Modular Railroading community. Three different modular layouts have grown out of the group. The original HO layout, Midwest Mod-U-Trak, was started in 1983 and has been to 90+ shows in its 24 year life span. It inspired an N scale version, MiNi Mod-U-Trak, which was started in 2003. Most recently, MM2 has proceeded out of the design phase and into the construction phase. It is planned to replace Midwest Mod-U-Trak as a lighter weight, and up-to-date version of the HO modular layout. We hope you enjoy seeing our work here, as we've had fun creating it!
